We specialize in primary market investment and financing services within China, with a strong focus on early- to growth-stage opportunities. Our client portfolio spans a wide range of high-potential sectors, including artificial intelligence, smart hardware, small home appliances, and new energy. By leveraging deep industry insights and a robust network of investors and entrepreneurs, we help accelerate the growth of innovative companies across China's most dynamic technology landscapes.

Before founding AstraCap, Haichun was an independent investor, primarily focusing on seed and angel round investments in high-tech and cross-border companies. His portfolio includes companies such as CZUR, Standard Robots, NDJ, and SYS.

From 2015 to 2017, Haichun served as a Venture Partner at GreenPine Capital Partners, a Shenzhen-based venture capital firm managing over USD 3 billion in assets. During his tenure, Haichun invested in companies including Nocode, CYC, and JPT.

Between 2014 and 2015, Haichun co-founded EZRobotics, a service robotics company, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations, marketing, fundraising, and recruitment.

From 2011 to 2014, Haichun co-founded Leiphone.com, a leading Chinese tech media platform, and served as Editor-in-Chief. He focused on early-stage startups, particularly in open-source hardware and the Internet of Things (IoT). During this period, he co-organized Maker Faire Shenzhen—China's largest maker event at the time—in collaboration with Seeed Studio and CSDN.

Haichun is also an avid extreme sports enthusiast with a passion for mountaineering, diving, and cycling. Since 2024, he has been pursuing the challenge of climbing the highest peaks on each of the seven continents. He has already successfully summited the highest mountains in both Africa and Europe.
